Optronix ltd is a manufacturer of computer components with partnerships with a number of Chinese factories who produce the optronix products to Optronix Ltd specification. Optronix is a UK based company with our head office based in newcastle under lyme, staffordshire.

The optronix range of products was launched in the UK in june 2002 and has continued to grow from the initial six lines to a range of products covering a wide spectrum and encompassing monitors, motherboards and cases together with a broad range of peripherals.

In 2005 optronix was pleased to find itself with 4 nominations for the supplier excellence awards against top names such as gigabyte, Sony, samsung and foxconn. This was, indeed, an achievement beyond our expectations having only been selling the optronix product range for 3 years.

For our outstanding range of TFT panels optronix use grade a+ panels with a 3 year warranty with a zero dead pixel tolerance. This warranty gives the customer total piece of mind that if they were to get just 1 dead pixel on their monitor then optronix will replace the monitor, unlike other manufacturers who will do nothing unless there are 5 dead pixels or in some cases 7.

Our success has been based on the fact that we provide our customers with a service and level of technical support that is second to none. We offer a dedicated motherboard support line, with a team of highly trained technicians, providing pre purchase advice, solutions to highly technical motherboard configuration problems and an engineers forum offering a wide range of every day solutions. We also provide local support for the rest of our product range at our 22,000 square foot facility based at newcastle-under-lyme. This, coupled with our 3 year warranty, allows our customers to purchase with complete peace of mind.
