Seller will commence transferring the product and provides allExportation     Docs.  to Buyer with the Act of TitleTransfer.6. Not later than 24Hrs. Prior to / before the arrival of the CargoVessel at     Rotterdam, the Buyer`s Bank issue the initial depositof 10% of the Cargo     Value to Seller by TT as Payment Guarantee.7. Seller commences  injection/Offloading the Fuel to Buyer`sStorage Tank,    Upon the arrival  at the Harbour of Rotterdamand issues DYA to Buyer8.Q&Q by SGS is done, and Buyer`s Bank  pays  by MT103 the final payment.9, Seller confirms the Payment and releases Material.10, Contract is  then made after this first transaction.
