The enterprise «BALKER» is the manufacturer of frame houses. The mission of Ostanina is the expansion of intensified frame technology with account of Russian climate conditions. Manufacturing «BALKER» is situated in the city of Kirov, Kirov region, Volga Federal District and carries out its activities since 2006. The main technology is a profiled glued beam which was certified and satisfies All Union State Standart (GOST) R.Technological process of frame manufacturing is preceded by preparation of raw material to which we raise high demands. Modern equipment lets us prepare raw materials (spruce, pine) quickly and in large quantity. Quality control is carried out at all stages of the manufacturing process.
