The Palestinian Business Forum (PBF) is an independent non-governmental, non-profit and private sector membership based organization established in the year 1995. The Forum was the first business representative organization established in Palestine. Industrial includes; Stone and Marble, Metallic, Shoes and Leather, Food and Beverages, Textile, Paper and Cartoon Commercial includes; Wholesalers, retailers and importers Agribusiness includes; Poultry, and Farms Services includes; Trade Services, Travel Agents, Banks, The PBF goals are: 1.Represent the members as a business community locally, regionally and internationally. 2.Advocate the interests of the members and the business community in general to support creating an enabling and sound business environment. 3.Introduce members to international business best practices to develop their business capacity and the business community in general. Business services delivered includes but not limited to: 1.Professional Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms to commercial conflicts through agreements with specialized bodies. 2.Trade Missions and Exchange Programs with related regional and international business organizations 3.Logistics facilitation for Visa, tickets, hotel accommodation for the members at special discounted prices. 4.Financial reporting services to members on the stock exchange and stock markets locally and regionally, through professional affiliations. 5.Matchmaking programs and initiatives for members with their interested business counterparts regionally and internationally 6.Information dissemination on issues related to various economic sectors to members 7.Upgrading the members business capacity and introducing them to the best international business practices.
