Being an ISO and as a part of our ever innovative diversification program we have ventured into PET industry with better than state of art technology. We have a 48 cavity husky machine and another three hi-tech machines from krauss maffei of Germany. We are manufacturing 30mm three start obrist neck preforms of various grammage like 11. 70, 21. 80, 29. 20, 35. 80, 28mm pco neck preforms of 20. 00, 23. 00, 25. 00, 28. 00, 31. 50 & 33. 70 gms and also 28mm ropp neck preforms of 15. 20gms. We have also developed a 25mm ropp neck preforms of 10. 20 & 12. 50gms suitable for smaller bottles. From above preforms, bottles ranging from 100ml to 2000ml can be made. All our preforms are well within the specified range of migration limits set by bureau of Indian standards (bis) and also meet quality norms in all other reports. Our production capacity at 1. 40 million preforms / day is large enough to take care of all your needs.
