1995 - Pee Aar Exim was established in 1995 and registered in India under company act. 1996 - Nissan Chemical, Japan appointed sole agent for supply of Swimming Pool Chemicals. 1997 - Import and distribution of Machinery Spare Parts for the Automobile Industry. 1998 - Worked with World’s leading Aircon Industries - Subros, Delphi for Car AC parts. 2000 - Introduced JPI Taiwan in India for Automotive Fan Shroud Assembly. 2002- M/s Pacific Industrial Co., Ltd. Appointed us as sole agent for supply of Valve Service to Aircon Industry. 2002- Thru PEE AAR EXIM (P) LTD. Partner Co. in Singapore xxxxx M/s SKS, we represent renowned makers, M/s Nachi, Japan, M/s Saginomiya, Singapore/Japan, M/s Bando, Singapore, M/s Sedco, USA etc…. for their various products. 2002- Thru our Partner Co. in Korea xxxxx M/s Pasio, we represent renowned makers, M/s JinYoung, M/s Samwoo Enterprise, M/s Dongjin, M/s Daehan, M/s Sunkwang etc…. for their various products. 2004 - Started first manufacturing unit in Noida, India for Shroud Fan Assembly. 2004 - Started 14” Condensor Fan Assembly Manufacture. 2004 - Started 16” Condensor Fan Assembly Manufacture. 2005 - Started in-house assembly unit for DC Motors. 2005 – Purchase land for New Factory in Rudrapur, Uttrakhand. 2006 - Acquired ISO-9001 Certification of approval of the quality management system. 2005 – Purchased Factory in Chakan, Pune. 2006 - Production in Pune factory for Shroud Fan Assembly. 2006 - Joint Venture with M/s SPAL, ITALY. 2006 - Trading Division shifted to sister concern named Pee Aar Automotive Technologies (P) Ltd.
