Petek Makina Oto Yedek Parca Baglanti Elemanlari San ve Ticaret Ltd. Sti. Was founded in 1965, Istanbul. So far, Petek Makina manufacture spare parts for automotive, textile machinery, lawn mowers etc.
Operating on 2. 000 m2 of covered area and 500 m2 management building, we were awarded
ISO 16949 quality system certificate since 1999.
Our experienced personnel design the forms. This is why Petek Makina is able to satisfy customer requirements very quickly at a lower cost.
We turned into a corporate body in the last quarter of 2004, and merged with Aris Civata, Pul, Hirdavat Sanayi Mamuleri Imalat, Pazarlama Ticaret Limited Sirketi and assumed the name Petek Makina Oto Yedek Parca Baglanti Elemanlari San. Paz. Tic. Ltd Sti.
Manufacturing spare parts to Turkey s top ranking companies such as Ford Otosan AS, Iveco Otoyol AS, Singer A. S., Tefas A. S. we included state of the art manufacturing technologies into our system and increased our capacity also covering the connection components within our range of products.
The press workshop carrying out cold sheet forming processes progressively and manually in the modern press lines, serves the demands of its customers with their type C mechanical presses from 5 to 200 tons, type H hydraulic presses of 300 tons and process controls, in time, at the state of the art quality, and of course at a zero defect.
Our experienced personnel, welding line consisting of point and mig mag welding equipment, make joining another expertise of Petek Makina.
With about fiftyfive experienced workers and grinding, milling, lathe, planning etc. Form production workbenches, we produce forms, while the maintenance repair team interrupts any failures as soon as possible.
All these in Petek Makina provides the opportunity to offer the most competitive price. Depending on customer s specifications, all parts can be subjected to such surface technologies as zinc, phosphate, cataphoresis and electrostatic dust paint.
Our products may be offered to agriculture, textile machinery, automotive and whiteware industry either directly or indirectly.
We are able to produce installed parts using handwork or automatic semiautomatic equipment. In the packing workshop, the parts are packed according to customer requirements and prepared for shipment.
