1. Core services-
A) Incorporation of Companies in India or subsidiaries of foreign companies.

D) Provision for nominee directors or share holders till the government approval is obtained.
E) Provision for complete secretarial support and correspondence and provision for using our office as the office of our clients or arrangment of a separate office, if requested at a nominal charge.

B) Submission of statutory returns before the Registrar of Companies and before the government officials as required under law.

To enhance the marketability, acceptability and reputation of the goods and services coming to Indian market from outside India and for local goods and services, we offer Trade marks registration services in India and for the inventions, we help to obtain Patent registration services and for all computer software materials, books, publications, cinematographic films, audio and video, we offer copyrights registration services. This will also help to protect the products and services from passing off and piracy in India by availing our legal services. Our fee schedule and Firm's brochure will be mailed to you on request. Separate fee schedules are applicable to Patent, Trademarks and Copyrights registrations in Dubai, Singapore and Taiwan and can be furnished, if you require the same.
