Dear customer! PHONG PHU YARN & THREAD - Phong Phu Yarn Thread have sold out many quantity of sewing thread yarns with highest quality to Coats Corp monthly. Firstly, we would like to give you a short information about our company and yarn products as following: - Phong Phu Corporation established in 1965 which has had a long sustainable development process for over 40 years and we are now the leading company in the Textile & Garment of Vietnam. - We currently have 3 trading & manufacturing companies with 8 factories located in Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong and Khanh Hoa provinces with total 375, 000 spindles (338, 514 single spindles, 30, 496 twisting spindles and 5, 544 OE rotors) producing approximately 40, 700 tons of variety of yarns and threads per year consisting of: + Carded & combed cotton yarn with count from Ne 20-40 in single, double, triple which have the production capacity 15, 000 tons/year. + Open-End yarn from count 6 to 20 and the production capacity is 2, 400 tons/year. + Polyester sewing thread with count from Ne 20-84 have the production capacity 10, 200tons/year. Especially, we have also been the main supplier of high-grade sewing threads for Coats Corp. + Polyester knitting & woven yarn with count from Ne 20-40 in single, double, triple which have the production capacity 2500 tons/year. + Blended yarns TC, CV card and combed Ne 20-60 have the production capacity 13, 000 tons/year. Our yarn products have been exported successfully to many oversea countries like: China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, Colombo- Srilanka, Colombia, Brazil, Egypt...etc and ceaselessly expanded into other potential markets. Furtherfore, we are launching a new factory in Nha Trang province in the end of this month with 40, 000 spindles and its capacity for 100% Polyester spun yarns are around 100 tons/month and 250 tons/month for sewing threads yarn.
