The goods:
- Hot rolled square steel billete 3-5 SP/PS
- Reinforcing steel (Armature);
- Rod Bars (Katanka);
- Sheet and roll Hot-rolled and Cold rolled;
- Angular and rectangular rolled metal.

The terms of delivery: FOB port of the Black sea, DAF border of Ukraine.

Country of destination: Africa, Country of East, Asia, CIS, EU.

Conditions of payment:

1. Irrevocable Confirmed Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit. (L/C). Against Performance Bond 2 % of the value of L/C.
2. Unconditional Irrevocable Bank Guarantee (BG) the format of ICC-458, issued and confimed by the Prime World Bank for the term 365 +30 days, and funded for value of 3 months consignmen. Against Performance Bond 2% of value of BG..
3. Prepayment on the Seller`s account at the amount of the value of 3 months consignment Against of bank guarantee of the Seller`s bank to the sum of 102% of the sum of prepayment.
4. 100 % prepayment of the value of one monthly consignment. Against Performance Bond 2 % of the sum of prepayment.

The price of the goods is depends from conditions of payment. (Point 1- 4)

The counter guarantees are issued by a first-class bank.
