Planeta Verde Reforestacion S.A. own and operate tropical tree plantations in Colombia, South America. The majority of trees we plant are fast growing hardwoods, like Acacia mangium, Eucalyptus pellita and Pino caribe. Those trees mature on average within 10 years from seedling to harvest. At the present time we have a special offer for companies that which to plan their lumber and wood requirements in advance. The offer is as follows:
1. Purchase the planting and maintenace of 10,000 trees for 10 years for a minimum purchase of $100,000 USD.
2. We will gift the purchaser with an additional 2,500 trees.
3. In 10 years time you have two options:
a. Buy the lumber at a 35% discount off international market rates at the time of maturity and harvest for your own use; or
b. We will pay you a 35% return on investment at the time of maturity and harvest.
