Our Sales and Manufacturing personnel have decades of experience within the high impact polystyrene and vacuum forming industries giving our customers comfort in the knowledge that they are in partnership with a supplier that understands their needs.

At plysolene we pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service levels. Our flexibility ensures lead times are kept to an absolute minimum, which enables customers to meet tight deadlines and reduce costs.

We would normally expect to manufacture and deliver your order within five working days. Our standard Plysolene PIB and Plyload DPC range is available immediately from stock.

Plyform High Impact Polystyrene sheet has excellent physical properties. It is tough and easy to thermoform and fabricate. We offer a rapid response colour matching service which means we can normally match, manufacture and deliver your bespoke colour in five working days.

It is ideal for applications such as Point of Sale display and product packaging.
Effects such as metallics, pearlescents and tints are also availiable.

Plyform is available in a thickness range of 0.25mm to 6.0mm and widths up to 1220mm, it is available in cut sheet or roll form. We can supply Plyform in any colour you require.

Plysolene PIB is the ideal waterproofing membrane for pipework and ventilation ductwork. Developed over 30 years ago, Plysolene PIB has outstanding properties over a wide temperature range, hence it is used globally in oil refineries , chemical works and power stations. Plysolene is the preferred material for many contractors because it is easy to use, demanding joints and difficult shapes are simply cut and welded on site.

We manufacture a range of Polymeric DPC materials which are bitumen free and are available in a range of standard widths.
