We have managed over the years to grow our company into one of South Africa&＃39;s largest players, specializing in rubber extrusions, mouldings, flocking profiles, co-extruded rubber profiles, rubber and seal kits for various makes of vehicles and rubber grommets, rubber insertions,and hoses.We are proud to say that we can offer most forms of rubber products made from all the different compounds available on the market, and we are constantly upgrading our product range and keeping up with world wide trends and new technology. When the company was started we focused mainly on the automotive sector, we have through the years been able to venture into various different aspects of the rubber industry. This was made possible by new people from different rubber backgrounds joining our family of friends. However, with our increased capacity and superior quality products we are able to supply overseas clients to the exacting standards that they demandProcess DescriptionRaw materials are mixed in the mixing plant. These combine to form what is known as compound, or then raw synthetic rubber. This is taken to the extruder where a die for the specific extrusion is fitted. The rubber is pushed through the die and is then fed into the curing line, where it is first cured by microwave and then by heat.
