BONNY LIGHT CRUDE OIL OFFER

Dear Sir, We are ready and willing to supply Bonny Light Crude Oil with below procedure. Kindly confirm your interest. CIF OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES 1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal Sales Purchase Agreement including banking coordinates of all parties including agents. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and must not be changed without the written consent of the parties. Both parties shall submit same to their respective banks. 2. Buyer returns signed SPA in PDF format. 3. Seller sends NOR / ETA and ATB in Full Format . 4. Buyer Swift MT199 to seller's account, including a Promising letter on buyer letter head assuring the seller that 72 hours after Q and Q in Rotterdam, buyer will make a final payment with MT103. The subsequent transactions will be RLC (Revolving Letter of Credit) for one year and one day. 5. Seller confirm buyer's MT199 and move the vessel to Rotterdam for Q&Q and dip pay. 6. On arrival at ROTTERDAM, Seller through the vessel master issues ATB and clearance to buyer’s Inspector. 7. The Buyer’s Inspector boards the vessel for Q & Q conducted at buyer’s expense. 8. Upon positive confirmation of Quality and Quantity Report of cargo, Seller will issue CI (Commercial Invoice) and pay order to Buyer. 9. Cargo is discharged into Buyer’s tank. 10. After the vessel has discharged its cargo at Buyer’s designated port outlined above and Buyer has received the Discharge Report as shall be confirmed by the Captain of the vessel, including all relevant documents presented by the Seller. 11.
