To support their campaign, PVD Tubulars Management has been established to provide the whole package of OCTG supply service (Total Tubular Management TTM) which is a solution that brings substantial gains by delivering pipes and services with the greatest efficiency instead of separate purchase and service contracts in order to ensure a timely delivery at good quality and cost saving basis to overcome the shortcomings of current self-manage model.The JV has a chartered capital of USD 3.5 million in which PV Drilling owns 51% and Marubeni Itochu Tubulars Asia Pte Ltd (MITA) 49%.
PVD Tubulars Management undertakes the following activities:
1. Provision of Total Tubular Management service inclusive of OCTG supply and other related services for OCTG products such as threading, repair, maintenance, inspection, and logistics services.
2. Importation/exportation, distribution and trading of OCTG products.
