Please find our product details below: USD Currency Exchange Program At present we have access to a USD Currency Provider through direct contact with their Administrator. Available are: US DOLLARS at a Bonus of 20% gross / 15% net 5% Fee shared equally between USDP and EURP USD Provider Side (2.5% of total contract value) is CLOSED EURO Provider Side (2.5% of total contract value) is OPEN and allocated as follows: 33.36% of 2.5% to Euro Mandate 16.66% of 2.5% to Buyer�s Intermediaries 16.66% of 2.5% to Buyer�s Intermediaries (closed) 33.32% of 2.5% to USD Facilitator Group (closed) Euro Provider can choose the transaction mode (method of currency exchange): L2L, MT 103 or Euroclear. Minimum contract size is 50B with rolls and extensions up to 1T. There is a Two Stage Procedure: STAGE 1: Buyer submits the following for compliance: - All documents contained in zip file being sent separately - Copy of Passport (enlarged to fit 8.5 x 11) - Withdrawal Debit receipt from the account that is being submitted for a Minimum of 1, 000 Euros - Mandate Papers if Mandate is the Contract signatory - Corporate Resolution (with Directors) authorizing the transaction or if LLC, use Consent of Members text contained in zip file - Fee Protection Agreement plus banking for master Pay Master STAGE 2: After the Euro Provider has passed Compliance (usually less than four business days) the USD Provider will appoint one of their representatives to meet/contact the Euro Provider or their Signatory Mandate to finalize the proposed transaction, ***** discuss and prepare the contract with it�s relevant content. Firstly a Buyer will need to supply all required documentation completed and signed off before being accepted as a prospective Buyer. If you wish to proceed as a Buyer you will need to make contact and personally request the draft documentation to be sent to him All Buyer are required to under a due diligence process and be security cleared prior to Licence USD Provider / Facilitator making contact with same Buyer only.
