Singapore Franices Bio-tech & Radiant Health Bio-tech Company (RHBC), established in 1999, is a manufacturer, developer and supplier of bio-tech skin care products and cosmetics. Presently, Radiant Health Bio-tech research and develop a variety of bio-tech related products using high technology with derma medical & physiology knowledge. In 2003, we received National Quality Award from Taiwan Economic Development Board that we produce good quality products and gained customers' trust. Our product lines covered such as Mask series, Cream series, Lotion series, Essential series, Toner series, Cleanser series and UV-protection series.
