COMPANY PROFILE RAMAC Srl have operated in the packaging sector since 1976 and have provided our customers with our knowledge of the sector since 1991 when the company RAMAC was founded. The packaging sector is vast, being intended for all applications, and requires great specialization. We are specialized in packing technical and food article. We have always used bags and boxes to pack metal and plastic parts, connectors, furniture kits, handles, plastic glasses and cutlery, cleaning articles, and many other articles besides. We stand out for our capacity to handle our customers’ demands and always offer a clear response. The confidence that our customers , during these years, gave to us is our best “visit card” for the future. The packs produced by our machines follow the standard requested in this specific market ; two top seals and one central, lengthwise seal. Put this way, it seems that the technology is always the same. Our automatic product loading systems are designed and created on request but are the result of three decades’ experience in the sector ; here below you can get a short description of our products: Vertical Form fill ans seal packaging machines We produce vertical and inclinated form fill and seal machines of different sizes. We can sell the basic machine for hand feed operation, up to a sophisticate and customized line working completely in automatic. Automatic counting and feeding system Our counting system is very performing and accurate, if required we can even combine the counting system with the check weighing system prior to the packaging operation. The counting systems are essentially to count and pack the kit, for example 5 screws, 5 nuts and washers 5. The system will align and count the various components in the desired quantity. To avoid problems related to the possibility of having different products within the same hopper, you can also do a check on weight. We have different types of counting systems, according to the characteristics of the objects to be selected Weighing systems We produce automatic linear vibrating weighing, particularly suitable for fasteners. We can also provide semi-automatic weighing systems particularly suitable for customers who need to pack short lots of product. Counting/Weighing mixed systems Suitable for customers who need to count a few pieces per box (1 or 5 or 10 pieces) but also 50 or 100 pieces. The system is very compact and allows to make a first selection by weight, based on single sample weight, while the finish will be made by counting to ensure a high accuracy.
