We started out by passionately custom-roasting premium quality coffee for only a handful of cafes owned by family and friends. A hidden Melbourne secret at first, word spread and our reputation grew. Determined to share our vision of sustainability, uncompromising quality, perfect timing and impeccable taste in the face of mass market coffee, we launched our own label.

Our difference is in the strict adherence to our principles of sustainability, quality, timing, taste and passion for café culture. In addition, we provide highly personalised support to help our clients succeed in shaping Australia’s café culture in line with this vision.
