Reliance Group of Companies Limited is a Hong Kong based international commodities house and financial services brokerage with clients in many countries around the world specializing in commodities transactions, compliance and consultation. Reliance Group Of Companies Limited buy/sell minerals such as iron ore, copper, cathode, silver and gold production contracts, Dore and composites, HMS and metal scrap, sugar, cement, urea, coal and various other commodities. We enter into agreements with both buyer and seller in all of our transactions and manage the transaction from introduction to delivery. Our offices are located in the center of the HK financial district at the World Wide House, Central, Hong Kong. We ONLY work with principals or legal SIGNATORY mandates. Intermediaries may apply with firm offers only after letter of introduction from Principal is presented. Our normal contacts are for 12 months (Buy/Sell) although we will entertain one-off spot buys to start a relationship. We have our own financial platform ready to act as fiduciary and paymaster on our contracts. We and our partners own numerous assets and mineral reserves in several countries and we are always looking for new opportunities to expand our holdings of new confirmed reserves with proven production that require additional capital to expand. We may be interested in providing either bridge capital or entering into an equity agreement through our financial backers for viable ventures.
