Renaissance Export is made up a principle to high level hygiene standarts and quality. We are company who are refresh ourselves and realize an investment about high quality animal product supply to world kitchen and marketing  channel.

Our Company works with 20 integrated meat house which have quality standard  certificate  like TSE( Turkish Standards institute) and ISO EN 9000. They are frequently controled by Ministry of Agriculture.

Pre-cleaning process of products are made our facility and transported by frigofirig vehicle then seperated as categorically. So products are cleaned and removed from fats by special machinery then kept salt water during 5-8 hours. Products are dried with air blowing technique and packed-shocked  then shipped in 15-20 kg package.

our capacity is 250 metric ton per month for beef intestine, 250 metric ton per month for omasum and 5 metric ton per month for beef tendon.
