Company Description

The company was set up in August 1982, having then adopted the legal form of a limited company. In June 2000, it was transformed into a private share company, fixing its share capital at EUR 1.200.000,00 and having then adopted its present official name: RESUL-EQUIPAMENTOS DE ENERGIA, SA.

From the start, RESUL always focused on the energy sector as its core business, having based its growth and expansion of ranges on the adoption of 2 fundamental strategies, namely:

-winning prestige represented companies
-holdings in the share capital of three factories whose foundation it supported and whose development it was jointly responsible for, which became its major suppliers.

RESUL now sees itself as an essentially highbrow and imaginative company examining, designing, developing, producing and commercialising equipment supply solutions for energy distribution (electricity and gas), heating and public lighting networks.
