Rexco International Ltd. experienced manufacturer whose focus in producing all kind of wheeled items, ranging from: scooter, tri-cycle to skateboard, etc.

Our business mentality is to produce our best quality of goods and never compromise on our quality. We strive to make sure our goods are to be produce in reasonable costs and make sure we are using the right material and produce them in the right process that would pass all the latest international testing standard requirements.

In order to maintain our product quality, we nearly produce all our products in house. From raw material to finished product, we produce them step by step with our own facilities, and closely monitor the whole procession with our experienced QC team. We have a number of metal stamping, welding machines, 25 plastic injection machines ranging in different volumes, 3 paint spray lines, anodizing plant, silk screen printing facilities, etc.

Quality Control

RELIABLE QUALITY IS OUR DRIVE OF BUSINESS STABILITY

We have our own testing laboratory, and equipped with all the facilities to test most of the mechanical testing required for CE and ASTM standards. To make sure our products do stay in reasonable quality under extreme environments, we have aging machine, testing-use freezer, and salt spray machine to test our products to pass the certain limit. To make sure our products are in good condition when customers received the goods, we have a shaking machine to emulate the environment of the lorry during transportation, testing our products would still remain in good state.

Our Experiences

Over the years, we have been making a lot of OEM products for our clients with different cartoon characteristics licenses, ranging from the traditional Disney characters, comic hero characters, to teenagers series licenses, and to the latest movie licenses. We have experiences in making all of them and have the factory audit approvals from ICTI, SMETA, BSCI, Disney, Wal-mart, etc.
