The seller and title holder is a major European Bank which sells paper issued from a Top 10 World Bank. The procedures are pretty standard, a compliance package with POF and ATV are required up front. Deals can be closed quickly if the buyer is able to submit a complete package and adhere to the procedures. This is a real performing seller that closes transactions every week.
