RJK GROUP was formed in the year 1945 and today it is one of the leaders in India for manufacturing post spinning machinery name RJK Cone Winding Machines, Doubler Winders and Yarn Hand Splicers (Knotless Yarn Splicers) . Majority of leading spinning units are equipped with RJK Machines.
RJK Impex was formed in the year 2002 with the vision to open new eras by adding products to RJK IMPEX existing product line and to enter into other segments gradually and be a global trading company
The objective was to take a forward step to look at the market potential in other segments in and beyond India and to utilize the groups inherent strengths to cater effectively and professionally to the world market.

Textile Division which deals in Yarns, Raw Cotton, Post Spinning Machinery and Spare Parts etc.
Textile division of RJK Impex can offer various kinds of yarns. Some of the yarns which we are currently exporting includes

13) 100% Lenzing Viscose Raw White Yarn
14) Lenzing Tencel yarn (Standard Tencel, A100 and Tencel LF)

Yarns are currently being exported to Slovakia, Germany, Bulgaria, South Africa, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Iran, Pakistan, Canada, South Korea
Textile Division of RJK Impex also sells Pneumatic Pet Strap Welding Machine imported from Italy. Pneumatic Pet Strap Welding Machine is used for Welding Pet Straps and is used in Ginning Mills, Paper Mills to weld the Pet Strap.
PET strap is a kind of new environmentally friendly strapping material to substitute
steel strap and PP strap. Textile Division of RJK Impex also sells PET Straps which are manufactured inhouse by there sister company.
At RJK Impex, we have a separate division who looks after handling exports of Plastic products.
