Rouge Sales distributor/supplier of various office and school stationary items, Kitchen Cutlery, and Home furnishings having a network of 540 personal penny stores across Canada and America. At present we are looking for basic ball and gel pens range in 3 colors i.e. Blue, Black and Red in some new designs with excellent finish. We are also open to conventional designs that are available with you as well as are most economical. The rates that you quote should be highly competitive as I have mentioned we are also supplying to the penny stores and good quality Chinese merchandise are already available in the North American market at extremely low prices. We request you to also send us your company profile along with a kit of the complete range you have to offer with indicative prices and specifications. The minimum quantities that we generally order are between 400,000 - 800,000 pieces per approved sample. The quantities can also go up to a FCL if the prices and the quality meet our requirement. We intend to see the range falling between USD 0.03 to USD 0.60 (cents) primarily.
