1.Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI-SI,VCI-CU-SI)

In modern industrial management, metal corrosion causes a lot of loss in raw material, complication of work-process and reduction of production to increase the cost of product. Besides it degenerates the quality of metal products and shorten their durability.
Fortunately, modern science was much developed in the field of metal corrosion. And if only proper corrosion inhibitor method is applied, Saeil Tack Industry Co., Ltd. can prevent rust almost completely and very economically.

1) Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor Paper is very economical and being used in very various field because of its characteristic which can inhibits steel, nonferrous metal product or material from corrosion only by wraping without oiling. we had invented VCI-SI and passed Japan Industrial and Standard(JIS-Z-1535-1973) Test conducted Oct. 4. 1977 by the National Industrial Testing Board. And also we obtained patent No. 5732 from the Patent Bureau. Moreover, according to the domestic demand we, as related product, manufacture and supply newly-invented Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor Paper for Copper to inhibit copper and copper alloy in 1988.

2) Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor(VCI-P-SI), like naphthalene which is used to textile or clothes, is used to corrosion inhibitor by being sprayed to metal product or by being put in package. In addition, Corrosion Inhibitor Liquid(VCI-L-SI) used by being sprayed or painted, can prevent metal from rust. We make and supply this also.


2.Water-Resisting Red Phosphorous Ink(SI-1000)

Match, though invented long before as a modern convenience, seems to fail to keep abreast of the scientific development in its quality.
We invented water-resisting red phosphorous ink for screen-painting that will enable match manufacturer to make high quality match which is strong in water-proofing and will enable match manufacturer to be free of any poisonous effect or danger of fire. And obtained Patent No 5745.(Jun. 28, 1978)
