This is what I mentioned on the other posts about. She is a FL. Corporation, she (if her attorney is to be believed) made a good faith effort to obtain the merchandise, she has filed the proper complaints with the FBI about her suppliers and now she can not refund any additional money. You can sue Leonards, but they will have nothing for you to get and will probably go out of business. Since Yvonne has done all the proper things(tried to get the merchandise, filing complaints with the FBI etc about her suppliers) she will not be held criminally liable for these actions, she will be just a poor business person who was also scammed, hence a "Civil Problem" in the eyes of Law Enforcement.

She will not be held personally liable due to the fact she is a corporation and her personal assests are protected as a corporation as long as she did not use the corp. For criminal or fraudulent activities, which once again, if her attorney is to be believed and based on what she posted on this board about her supply issues, she did not. (I'm not taking her side, just pointing things out that I have seen used before to get other scammers off the hook, and yes it worked for them. )
