Offering an extensive range of women shoes, San Marco's designers are on the cutting edge of fashion and are continually setting trends in the footwear industry.San Marco was founded in 1979 in Seoul, South Korea by Mr. Tae-Sik Kim and Ms. Young-Soon Shin. Initially focusing on designing and manufacturing women shoes, San Marco quickly became a leader in the domestic footwear fashion industry. Due to popular demand and the growing range of product lines, in 1984 San Marco opened its wholesale division in the Dong Dae Mun district of Seoul. A ssecond tier line was introduced in 2005 focusing on luxury and custom handmade shoes. The 'Shoefitter Vidan' line continues to be popular for those retailers who demand nothing but the best.
