SANDfoam is a revolutionary and high performance abrasive sanding product developed specifically for a number of industries as a replacement for ordinary sandpaper in most applications. This proprietary multi-layered abrasive material continually renews its surface during use – meaning that the grit performance remains uniform for the life of the product. SANDfoam have been developed for poSandfoamr sanders and grinders as well as hand tools. Most SANDfoam products utilize the “Hook & Loop” method of fastening to the power/hand tool, except for the grinding disc, that utilizes an industry standard fastening tool. SANDfoam is a general all purpose dry or water-based abrasive sanding disc which uses aluminum oxide or silicon carbide abrasive grits to achieve a fine finish on acrylics, plastics, polycarbonate, fiberglass, wood, silver, gold, copper, brass, paint urethane, lacquers, and polyesters to name a few. This unique abrasive can remove hairline scratches, haziness, and halos untouched by other products. It can also be used to removes swirls created by improper cleaning methods, and haze a from interior/exterior windows, and fine scratches. This multi-layered abrasive product contains no filler or wax that could cause yellowing. SANDfoam can remove a 4000 Micro-Mesh or 1500 CAMI scratch pattern and can be buffed back to optical clarity with any gloss finishing product. SANDfoam can be used by hand or or any standard sanding tool with hook & Loop capability.
