Sarac Trade Company especially dealing with olive products. Our product portfolio is olive oil, and olive.

Our fields are located in the Western Anatolia, Izmir by the skirts of Mountain Nif (also known as one of the 19 mountains of Olympos).Our unique and massive fruity taste comes from the unusual climate conditions which allows us to produce cherry, grape, peach and olive in the same field with hundreds of different herbs (thyme, mint, daisy, poppy etc...)


We have Continue System Olive Oil Machinery and capacity of 30 tons/day olive oil production.We only sell the olive oil that we produce in our factory with hand-picked olives.We use two-phases (environmentally friendly) production system with 27 C temperature (cold-pressed) to increase the aroma which effects the quality of olive oil and its taste.

We are one of the companies that uses Environment Friendly Production System.In this system olive-mill wastewater does not constitute an enviromental problem for the nature.
