Say Sugar production and food processing technology plc. is a newly legally established company in Ethiopia under the applicable Trade and Commercial lows and regulations at initial capital of $ 25,000(US Dollars). The company is founded and owned by three professionals of different specialities. Say Sugar Production and Food Processing Plc. is founded on the core idea  "applying and utilizing our knowledge, experience, time and effort; to maximize, the social, economical, environmental, and cultural advancement of the agricultural and rural society".
The commercial purpose of the Company is partially described as follows. We would like to acknowledge that as we are on the verge of finalizing in putting the company to the specified commercial activities on full scale level,the necessary specific business areas will be available as soon.
1.Produce different varieties of sugar for the local market and for export to international market.
2.Manufacturing and marketing small and medium scale sugar production machinery's for local and international market.
3.Developing the manufacturing, installation and maintenance of different elector-mechanical system and equipment.
4.Manufacturing and marketing different types of small and medium scale machinery's.
5.Capacity Building and technical assistance in sugar and food production technology package.
6.Develop and market echo-friendly power generation packages from different sources such as wind, solar, water, bio-fuel,etc.
7.Provide training and consultancy services, conducting research in different areas such as: agro- processing/industry, electromechanical equipment and systems, power generation, etc.
8.Developing, introducing and expansion of innovative small and medium-scale sugar and food production technology package in the country, and exporting the package to the international market.
9.Encouraging and involving/linking  cane growing farmers in sugar production and its technology package.
