As well as to provide seller with honest, real, serious and committed buyers, so please do not ask for upfront FCOs, SFOs, SPA reports, POP, Tank Receipts, Supply Contract or any other documents to help Phantom buyers with their activities. Our initial procedure is as follows:

A)In order to save time and smooth the negotiation process, we require a LOI containing the next data:
1.- Commodity
2.- Quantity (monthly/total/spot)
3.- Terms of delivery
4.- Target price
5.- Destination port
6.- Buyer`s details (Name, address, telephone, fax)
7.- You can include your own procedures and payment terms.
