*MR team-SSf Legacyce fabric & trim option and compare the cost for each item from several suppliers to lower down the cost.-Check the lab dip and strike off in light-box and offer opinion for reference.-Clarify the discrepancy from PDM to sew-by and remind the omission from tech pack.*TD team-Use Garber system to check the grading pattern from customer and offer the opinion for better fitting.-Combine designer?s concept and our TD?s creation for making it into reality.-Offer opinion about pattern issue for production.*QC team-Check quality, workmanship, BOM for each sample and fitting sample on lay figure for final check.-Using fabric testing machine to check the elongation, stretch, weight and color standard to ensure fabric quality meet customer?s needs.-Do in-line and final inspection for each shipment with AQL standard.*Sample room team-Duplicate the first sample here to ensure our customers? needs have been met.-Offer the professional suggestion to customer if the workmanship is not workable for production.*About our factoryOur company has two garment factories and also specialized in producing swimwear, one is located in Taiwan, there has approx. 60 employees and another one is located in China, there has approx. 500 employees. Those two factories are qualified and passed the compliance for brands such as: CSCC, ITS, Reebok, Nautica, JC Penny, Macy?s, Kohl?s, Ann Taylor, JAG and CHICO?S.
