We have a factory located in Jiande and the factory was founded in 2001. Our factory has more than 100 employees with the building area of 9000 square meters. We have consistently devoted ourselves to the extension and application of our products for new industries as well as the research and innovation on new materials for self-lubricating bearings and sintered bearings over 10 years. Our products are widely used in Auto industry, Metallurgical industry, Engineering machines, Civil engineering, Injection machines, Punch machines, irrigation machines, etc., totally up to about 30 industries.

Ensure that procedures and process are implemented correctly, be responsible for quality control on line by ISO 9001:2000 system (Not only buy a Certificate)
Ensure Normal Quality Control based on PPAP documents including Material Control, Tooling Development Control, Compacting and shaping control, Sintering Control, Sizing control, QC control and packaging control by using the following inspection machines: three-coordinated machines, optics image instruments, metalloscopes, digital hardness testers, density equipment, tensile testing machines, etc.
