Shaanxi HuaShaanxi Huaweii Forging Co., Ltd is a group enterprise integrated with industry and trade which is professionally engaged in researching high-tech forging technology, mechanical manufacturing, producing metal material, marketing and foreign trade. Huawei is the director unit of Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry(CCMI), the vice-chairman unit of Xi’an Casting and Forging Industry Association, and also is honored with good enterprise“contract observer and credit keeper”by Xi’an industrial and commercial administration bureau from 2005 to 2007. Huawei is also awarded as “top 30 of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry”in March, 2007, and“top 50 of china forging industry”in the same year. “Jinhuawei”is awarded as one of “Ten Major promotion brand of Shaanxi manufacturing industry”in 2009. In 2011, “ Jinhuawei” was evaluated as “Shaanxi famous trademark” by Shaanxi industrial and commercial administration bureau. Huawei successfully got GB/T19001-2000 Quality Management System Certification of china classification society in 2002, and in 2006, Huawei obtained ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification by XQC. We built western forging website, and now Huawei becomes the leading enterprise of open die forging industry in the northwest of China. Huawei enjoys high reputation in World Forging Union and Asia Forging Union and Chinese Forging Industry. Our company is located in 80th petro-chemical road, Xi’an city, China, covers an area of 20000 square meters. There are 120 employees in our company, including 24 technical secondary school educated and college graduated people, 30 technical and managing personnel, 5 distinguished professors. We currently have two sets of 3500 and 800 metric tons free forging hydraulic pressure machine, 8 sets of heating furnace and heat treating furnace, over 20 sets of large milling, grinding, sawing machines. We set up a sophisticated testing laboratory of non-destructive testing, metallographic and mechanical properties, which forming production chain for forging parts from 2000kgs to 30000kgs per piece. Our annual production is 50000 metric tons. The main products including the wind motor spindle, power generation shaft, railway motor spindle, fan shaft, cold mill roll, rudder stock, connecting rod, flange shaft, flange gear, various oilfield forgings pressure vessel etc. They are widely used in aviation, aerospace, ship, mining, machinery, petrochemical, military industry, metallurgy, electric power, automobile industries etc. We provide long term matching products for U.S.A, Italy, Germany, France, etc. We sincerely hope to establish long term relationship with friends all over the world.
