The terms of the payment must be C.I.F : Cost, Insurance and Freight strictly as referred to in the interpretations defined by the INCOTERMS EDITION 2000 with latest amendments.
By irrevocable, Non - Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit ( DLC ). Within the 5(five) banking days, buyer will payment to the seller after SGS
at the discharge port. DLC text is attached as Annex C.4.
