During more than ten years, Shandong Huacheng High-tech Adhesive Co have owned multiple high quality products in the core of water base acrylate emulsion polymerization and water base polyurethane synthesis in the fields of packaging, sports, construction, waterproofing, carpentry, shoe-making, leather and etc.
With an area of above 150mu and a building area of more than 35,000sqm, our company is in possession of polymer emulsion polymerization unit of annual throughout of 50,000 tons and 60,000 tons adhesive production line and 20,000 tons polyester polyols synthesis equipment. The reactor used cubic 24 and 10 as main reactor, equipped with the DCS automatic control system, which is the most advanced synthesis reaction device in Chinese domestic industries. Our researching center have three American Doctors and more than ten senior engineers which equipped with advanced detection instruments including gas chromatograph, high-performance liquid chromatograph, electronic tensile testing machine and etc and first-class chemical lab. Our company runs EPR system, has received ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and our products have passed SGS inspection and inspection of the national quality supervision and test center for construction refurbishing materials.
