Shandong Juwang Pipe Co., Ltd. is a high and new tech enterprise based on a high starting point. Shandong Juwang Pipe Co., Ltd., located at No. 256, Industrial Road, Huantai District, Shandong Province, has a total investment of RMB200 million and covers an area of 166,667.5 square meters with 65 engineering and technical staff members. Our company employs professionals every year to tamp down the firm foundation of the development.

Our company now has totally 23 manufacturing lines which can produce service pipes, gas pipes, mining polyethylene pipes, spiral pipes and polyethylene insulation pipes in various specifications from 20 to 2,000mm. The annual production capacity is 42,000 tons which can create an output value of RMB530 million. There are 300 welding machines in different specifications from 160 to 1,200mm.

In order to ensure the quality, our company carries out the quality management system strictly, emphasizing prevention first and paying attention to process control. The whole production process is run according to the standards and requirements of our quality management system. As for production, our company introduces the internationally advanced centralized dehumidifying automatic feeding system, using advanced extrusion lines; as for inspection, our company establishes a large-scale laboratory with sound detection and experiment equipment which can put both raw materials and manufactured products into kinds of detections such as MFI (Melt Flow Index) analysis, thermal analysis, tensile test, slotting test and hydrostatic test in different temperatures. All of these tests ensure our company to produce requested products with high-quality raw materials.

"HUA ZHENG" PE service pipes, gas pipes and mining pipes have passed the test of Department of Health of Shandong Province, National Test Center of Polymer and Chemical Building Materials as well as Shanghai Testing Center of CCRI.

Our company has passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification and ISO4001:2004 Environmental Management System Certification in 2004.

Our company has set up lots of offices in Northern provinces and established a sound marketing system and an after-sales service website. From 2003, our company has fulfilled an amount of RMB1.35 billion by bidding in Shanxi, Jiangsu, inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and so on.
