Our company has the perfect test equipment - Germany SPECTRO spectral analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, manganese sulphur analyzer, metallurgical microscope, hardness tester, trilinear coordinates measuring instrument, universal testing machine, color detection, etc., to control the chemical composition of precision casting parts and their mechanical properties.

Our company adopts mold wax casting technology with Silica Sol --Sodium Silicate compound to the production process, with two automatic shell dry lines: Silica Sol line and Sodium Silicate. They are highly automated and could shorten the drying time of the mold.
