The steel pipe manufacturing department introduces 14m automatical control ring heating boilers, INNSE 170 type high stable hole penetration machines, 1 ERW steel pipe production line, 8 flying-welding submerged arc spiral steel pipe production lines, 1 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line and 1 heat treatment production line. Now the highest steel grade is X90. The main productions are SSAW, LSAW, ERW and seamless steel pipes. Pipe varieties include: long-term land transportation pipe, seabed oil transportation spiral pipe, gas transportation ERW and SSAW pipe, casing and coupling pipe, oil pipeline pipe, oil cracking tubes, high pressure boiler tube, cylinder tube, high pressure chemical fertilizer pipe, hydraulic pillar tube & automobile axle tube. The department output is 400,000.00 tons of different steel pipes with the storage of 100,000.00 tons of steel pipes very month.

The pipe fitting processing department makes flange, elbow, tee, bend, reducer, shaped pipes, cross, socket, cap and so on made of alloy steel, stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials. We are also capable of designing and manufacturing products in compliance with ASTM, MSS, JIS, DIN & ISO international standards according to customers' different requirements. The pipe fitting department has advanced IF elbow push production lines, 3,000T hydraulic molding machines, IF bending machines, flange forging production lines, and the most advanced physicochemical, metallurgical, nondestructive testing, hydrostatic testing, material testing and other equipment. This department output is 20,000.00 tons of different pipe fittings.
