The total investment is 1.295 billion RMB, the factory covers an area of 430 acres. This project is constructed in two phases, the first stage of investment of 620 million , the annual output of 800000pcs after put into production of first stage; the second stage of investment of 680 million , the annual output of 2400000pcs. 　　　The company introduced the domestic and foreign tire production equipments: Italian Comerio Ercole S.p.A. steel cord calendaring machine, the German Krupp (HFM) mixer, the German Fischer steel cord cutting machine, the German VRM of X-RAY machine, the United States RJS spindle system etc. It carries out strict quality management system.
