The total area of the factory is more than 4000M2. The main manufacturing facilities in the factory including cold forging machines,nail making machines,punching machines,assembling machines,heat-treatment ovens,thread-rolling machines,automatics painting machines and phosphating machines. The main testing equipments are tensile-testing machines, hardness-testing machines,all kinds of common and homemade special measuring tools as well as lathes,wire-cutting machines,shaping machines,mill machines. The total amount of equipments reached over 200 sets.
Huijian continues to introduce new and advance production equipment and technology from Taiwan and Germany. The products follow latest standard like GB,IFI,DIN and ISO for rivets ans rivet nuts.
