Company Profile Founded in 1989 in China, Jornen Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd.* (former name: Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd.) is a professional pharmaceutical machinery manufacturer integrating development, production, marketing and service. Shanghai Jornen Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. were awarded as "one of the Top 10 Packing Machinery Enterprises in China", and "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise". Company founder Mr. Yang Yijun has been developing the Blister Machines since 1985. In 1989, he launched China's first Platen Sealing Blister Machine. Through the efforts of two generations of Jornen staff for over two decades, Jornen Pharmaceutical Machinery, Inc. has become a leader in providing and servicing a complete line of processing and packaging equipment worldwide. Our products include Blister Machine, Cartoner, Blister Line, Film Coating Machine, Capsule Filling Machine, Tablet Press Machine. Up to now we have delivered outstanding, innovative and high quality equipment to customers in more than 80 countries around the globe. Enterprise History 1. In 1985, the company founder, Mr. Yang Yijun started to develop the Blister Machine. After working around the clock, in 1989 China's first platen sealing Blister Machine was launched by him and Jornen (former name: Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd.) was established. 2. In 1991, the experts from China's Pharmaceutical giant, Shanghai Sine were surprised by the appearance of the homemade Blister Machine and purchased one from Jornen immediately. After 17 years of successful operation, the machine was retired in 2009. 3. In 1993, Jornen started to develop the Film Coating Machine, which was listed in "China National New Products" in that year. 4. During the national supervisory random inspections in 1995, 1998 and 2012, the qualification rate of Jornen Blister Machine reached 100%, leading the industry in China. 5. In 1999 Jornen started to develop the Cartoner, and in 2000 the first Blister Line was launched. 6. In 2003, Jornen moved to Shanghai, and was listed in "Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise"years later. 7. In 2004, Jornen's sales exceeded RMB 100 million for the first time. 8. In 2009, the Blister Line at 180 cartons/minute was launched. 9. In 2011, the rotary sealing Blister Machine, at 200 punches/minute, was launched. This machine, with a maximum output reaching 800 blisters/minute (blister size: 57*80mm), is the fastest Blister Machine currently available in China. 10. In 2012, Jornen started to develop the Blister Line at 300 cartons/min.
