Shanghai SUNDER NC-Tools Manufacture Co., Ltd. Shanghai SUNDER NC-Tools Manufacture Co. Ltd. was established in 2004 and located in Shanghai, China. We are a modern manufacturer specialized in research and development, producing, marketing and service of CNC cutting tools for metal working.
Since its foundation at the beginning, the company has established the operation principle of conducting meticulous research and development; creating high-quality products.

Products
We specializes in manufacturing CNC cutting tools which include boring tool (fine, rough boring tool, boring head, boring tool bar), milling cutter (face mill, indexable end mill, grooving milling cutter-especially API ring groover), tool holder/adaptor system, drills (carbide drill, indexable drill), turning tool, inserts and etc.
Actually our main products are boring tools, and we enjoy the title of the No. 1 National Brand of Boring Tool. All of our products have the features of high quality, high stability, high rigidity, user friendly and longer life, and also lower prices as well.
Manufacturing Facility
Our company introduces advanced processing and inspection equipment from Europe and America, also adopts the advanced cutting-tool engineering and manufacturing techniques from Germany. We are planning to purchase a number of new machinery and equipments since we are going to move into new factory no later than September, 2013.
As corporate scale enlarges day after day, our company gradually strength and normalized the service-type management as well as provides with more advanced equipments, more complete and more superior service.

Marketing
We are trying to expend the sales network these two years, and our products are shipped to domestic and foreign markets, and well received by customers.
For mainland market, we established two sales companies, one is in Shanghai and the other is in Wenzhou, also established offices and after-sales service sites in Beijing, Chongqing, Xi'an, Wuhan, and Qingdao to provide the convenient and optimal customer service. For overseas markets, we have sold our products to India, Iran, Germany, Japan, Indonesia, Pakistan and etc.
Our target is to selling our Sunder Tools to all over the world.

Certified Quality
We have passed the quality management system certificate ISO9001:2008 GB/T19001-2008. Strictly producing according to ISO standard to assure the qualified rate be 100%.
We Sunder is the only company with independent intellectual property rights on boring tool area in China. We have gained 10 patents for utility models and 2 patents for invention.

Human Resource
There are more than 200 staffs in our factory. About 100 are the shop workers, 50 are the sales for mainland and overseas markets, 20 are designers and engineers for technology, 30 are customer service staffs.
All the staffs hold whatever positions in company, and have good sense of team spirit.

Environment
Our factory is located in Shanghai the fashion city, situated south of China. And the detailed address is at Songjiang district which is the most beautiful district in Shanghai, also we moved into new office, new workpiece, new apartments for staffs, new dining hall on May 1st, 2013. It looks we are working in a pretty park for there are river, tress, flowers, especially some fruit trees.
