Shanghai Sunwoo Industry Co., Ltd is a factory which specialized in designing and manufacturing various OEM products with forging, machining, cnc milling, wire cutting, grinding, fabrication, turned lathe and stainless steel precision casting.The company was established in 1988 and there are 560 employees. SHANGHAI SUNWOO INDUSTRY CO., LTD main products are auto spare parts, railway parts, marine parts, engine parts, electric tool parts, mechanical accessories and hareware etc. Now we have eight hot forging production lines for ferrous metal or nonferrous metal , We own kinds of punch machine, such as Friction press hot forging production line. And hot die forging production line. All our hot forging process are equipped with Induction billet heaters and infrared pyrometers for accurate temperature control.Our suitable weight for hot forging parts is from 0.1 to 72Kg. Production ability is 40000 Ton forging parts per year. We own over 190 sets of machining equipment, such as machining centers, high precise CNC lathes, milling machine, wire cutting machines and electric pulses, and we also own 25 sets of precise grinding machine. we have four assembly line for the magnetic cluth and air condition compressor. We have long-term cooperation with world famous companies, such as ABB, Japanese Sanden and American Black & Decker and so on. Our company has attained ISO/TS16949 Auto Spare Part Quality Certification.
