SHEIMAMETAL, implements a Sheimameta Co Ltdll-organised Quality Control System fully adapted to the needs of modern steel production, certified according to ISO 9001:2000, which ensures that products meet standard requirements, as well as customer special requirements. The quality of the steel products is continually controlled, during all phases of production, by the SHEIMAMETAL’s Quality Control Departments, in compliance with the most rigorous regulations. Controls include extensive chemical analyses, metallographic tests, measurements of geometric characteristics and mechanical tests. The Company’s Management is dedicated to a philosophy of constantly striving to: improve its products, production means and processes in qualitative terms; further renew its production equipment; strictly comply with all applicable Community laws. The responsibilities of each executive at all administration levels include: special allocation of responsibilities for Quality; identification of customers’ needs and requirements; determination of Quality-related objectives such as functionality, capability and reliability of products; quality-related cost accounting; maintenance, control and constant improvement of production processes; a serious and in-depth analysis of all complaints in order to ensure long-lasting customer satisfaction.
