Our parent company was founded in 1994 and became a joint venture of Shenzhen Guanri Hi-Tech Development Co., Ltd. and International Data Group (IDG) in 1999. Our parent company is a leading manufacturer of communication terminals, electronic educational products, wireless network optimizing products, fiscal cash registers and relative software systems.

Its products have been sold to more than 300 cities in China and more than 40 countries in Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and the Middle East. Our parent company has also made great achievements in operating payphones and repeaters in some Asian countries.

Thanks to the persistence and enthusiasm of the professional R&D team, our parent company has mastered all key technologies and made innovation in the payphone and other industries.

- In 2000, our R&D Center was awarded the title of "Research and Development Center of Shenzhen Payphone Engineering Technology";
- In 2003, our R&D Center united with Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) to establish "Guanri-BUPT Institute" which is devoted to the R&D of front telecommunication technologies;
- In 2005, Guanri began to cooperate with the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) for the industrialization of leading laser technology.
