With a 1,000 square meter factory, we are equipped with an automatic die bonder, wire bonder, epoxy dispenser, temperature-controlled vacuum oven, sealer, hydraulic pressure punch, and various types of testing instruments. The latter of these items include, but are not limited to, automatic testing machines, wave length testing machines, and electrical product aging equipment.
