Shenzhen QF Solar Technology Ltd., established in 2002, is a company specialized for the application and production of A-Si solar cell and equipment. ShenZhen QFsolar Technology LTD also do the research, manufacture and sales of the BIPV. Our products include A-Si module, outdoor / indoor solar panel, heterotypic / transparent window, and BIPV solar module. The products are widely used in the PV power generations, solar lawn lights, calculators, watches and some small products. We also produce and supply production equipment of A-Si solar cell with own techniques and patents.
